Desserts for Charity

The Osprey Cove Women's Club did a fundraiser and sold a recipe book titled "Sweet Charity," and all of the proceeds went to various charities in Camden County.

Each month, beginning in June, we will feature a recipe from the book and sell it as a dessert during dinner service on Friday and Saturday evenings. One dollar from each sale will be donated at the end of the year to the Osprey Cove Women's Club charitable efforts.

This month's featured dessert is a Peach Cream Roll, submitted by Club Member, Mrs. Mette. This is a nice spin on the old favorite "pumpkin roll."
